Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. The availability of a country in an address selector does not mean that delivery to that country is offered.
Shipping method & cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. Shipping is $0.00, with no minimum purchase. No expedited shipping method is offered.
Handling & transit
Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, subject to the business-day and cutoff rules. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Handling refers to preparation before dispatch; transit begins after dispatch.
Order cutoff
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a U.S. federal holiday use the next business day.
